Pea soup with nuts – recipe of Armenian cuisine, thanks to the nuts, the soup acquires an interesting taste. In order for the peas to boil better, it should be poured with warm water in the evening.

The recipe for pea soup with nuts is designed for a three-liter saucepan. Rinse the peas, cover with water and put on fire. When the water boils, remove the foam, reduce the heat to medium and cook until the peas are fully cooked.
When the peas are cooked, add coarsely chopped potatoes to it. Finely chop the onion and fry in butter, add flour and mix. Add the fried onion to the soup, then add crushed nuts, salt, pepper and cook until the potatoes are fully cooked.
When serving soup, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley or green onions.
