Pancakes with cottage cheese and raspberries – Russian cuisine recipe, instead of raspberries you can use other berries. You can use fresh berries, canned or berry jam.

- Milk 500 ml
- Wheat flour 200 g
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- For filling
- Cottage cheese 400 g
- Raspberry jam 400 g
- Vanilla sugar 1-2 tsp
Pancakes with cottage cheese and raspberries recipe
To cook pancakes with cottage cheese and raspberries according to the Russian cuisine recipe, beat the eggs slightly with sugar, and, gradually, without ceasing to beat, add warm milk.
Pour the milk mixture into the sifted flour, salt and mix with a whisk. Give the dough a little rest for 15-20 minutes.
While in the test all products are connected, you can prepare the filling. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with vanilla sugar.
For each pancake put a small amount of cottage cheese and spread over the entire area, put raspberry jam on top and roll the pancake roll. Pancakes can be served chilled, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
