Murcian Salad – this is a typical salad, one of the many traditionally prepared on the banks of the Segura (Murcia). It is a winter salad with a special personality, although it is eaten all year round. Each house has its own variations: cod instead of tuna, varying the proportions of ingredients, or more or less mashing tomatoes. In any case, it is important to use good quality tomatoes and butter and never forget about bread.
