To cook a recipe for Soviet cuisine millet meatballs, boil the milk, add salt, sugar, washed millet, mix and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
When the porridge has cooled down, mold the cutlets with wet hands, roll in breadcrumbs or flour and fry on all sides in butter or vegetable oil.
Serve millet patties warm, drizzle with melted butter, sour cream, jelly or sweet milk sauce.
