To cook lobutz salad, rinse the beans and cover with water for 4-5 hours. After the beans are swollen, boil.
Put boiled beans in a salad bowl, pour with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Cut the onion into thin slices and add to the salad.
Mix everything and put in the cold for 1-2 hours. Then sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve – lobuts salad is ready.
