Kefir Dessert – a recipe for cooking German cuisine, a wonderful breakfast or dinner - light, hearty and delicious. Kefir can be replaced with plain yogurt. Fruit syrup can be substituted with honey.
Kefir Dessert ingredients
- Plums 300 g
- Kefir 2 cup
- Ground cinnamon 1 pinch
- Fruit syrup 1-2 tsp
- Cornflakes 4 tbsp
Kefir Dessert recipe
For a recipe for German cuisine kefir dessert, wash the plums, remove the pit, finely chop and place on the bottom of the dish into which the dessert will be served. The dessert will look beautiful in a deep champagne or cocktail glass.
Pour kefir into a separate container, add fruit syrup there and add ground cinnamon. Using a mixer, beat kefir with syrup and cinnamon until bubbles form.
Serve kefir dessert as soon as the cereal is crunchy.
