- Eggplants 2 pcs
- Tomatoes 5-7 pcs
- Cucumbers 2-3 pcs
- Garlic 2 clove
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Apple cider vinegar 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Ground coriander 0,5 tsp
- Caraway 0,5 tsp
- Yogurt 2 tsp

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining olive oil with the vinegar, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander and finely chopped garlic. Pour the fried eggplants with the prepared sauce, mix and refrigerate for 2 hours.
After the time has passed, mix the eggplants with chopped slices of tomatoes and cucumber. Put salad on a dish, pour over yogurt and serve. For a fresher taste and aroma, the salad can be sprinkled with finely chopped parsley or cilantro.
