Georgian Salty Green Tomatoes – recipe for Georgian cuisine, spicy green tomatoes for the winter. Salted green tomatoes according to this recipe are prepared very quickly, without wasting time and effort. They do not need to be sterilized, they are already very well stored in the pantry. Celery and parsley do not need to be finely chopped, they need to be stacked with twigs, which, in principle, also saves time when preserving.

Parsley 150 g
Dill 100 g
Salt 1 tbsp
Water 150 ml

Cooking Recipe

Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, put celery and parsley in it and boil for 3-5 minutes. After removing the greens, cool, and add salt to the broth.
