Cooking Recipe

To make this recipe, peel the corn of the leaves, but do not throw out the leaves, just do not throw out the stigmas. Place corn leaves and stigmas on the bottom of a deep saucepan. Place corn on top of the leaves, pour boiling water over the corn so that the water covers the corn, cover with a lid and put on medium heat.

There is no need to salt water, corn is cooked in salted water for a very long time. After 15 minutes, the corn is ready. Remove the corn from the water, let it cool, and then use a knife to cut off the grains from each ear of corn.

Transfer the prepared corn to a plastic bag. In order for corn to take up less space in the freezer, it is better to distribute it into the reservoir. It is best to use sachets with a lock for freezing, they are hermetically sealed and food in them is stored longer.
