Fish and Chips
Fish and chips – a traditional English food recipe. In England, this dish – fish and chips – is very popular. Fish and chips served with sauce, pickled cucumbers or pickled eggs. Fish and chips ingredients
- Mackerel 2 pcs
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Wheat flour 250 g
- Light beer 250 ml
- Potatoes 1 kg

Fish and chips recipe
Beat the egg whites with a little salt in a steaming foam. Beat the yolks too, but lightly. Mix the flour with beer, and then add the whipped whites, yolks and ground black pepper.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm thick slices. After the potatoes are sliced, rinse them in cold water and pat dry with a towel.
Pour vegetable oil into a deep pan about 5 cm. Dip the fish fillet in a batter, dip in oil and fry on both sides. After the fish is cooked, take it out and put it on a paper towel.
