Eggs with Rice and Cheese
Eggs with rice and cheese – national dish of French cuisine. Simple and original recipe. The broth can be used with any meat, chicken or vegetable broth.
Chicken with olives and peppers ingredients
- Rice 250 g
- Hard cheese 70 g
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Bouillon 1 cup
- Butter 50 g
Eggs with rice and cheese recipe
To cook eggs with rice and cheese recipe, wash the rice in cold water 2-3 times. Boil the rice in water for 10 minutes, then put it on a sieve. When the water drains from the rice, pour the broth into it.
In a greased baking sheet or any baking dish, place the rice. Use a spoon to make holes for the eggs.
Season the prepared dish with salt, pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake eggs and rice at 200°C (390°F) for 3 minutes.
