Cupcake "Capital's" - according to this recipe, the cupcake turns out to be very juicy, airy and with a lot of raisins, which cannot but rejoice. You don't have to make one big cupcake, you can make several smaller mini cupcakes.

Wheat Flour 240 g
Butter 175 g
Sugar 175 g
Raisins 175 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Baking Powder 0.5 tsp
Salt 1 pinch

Cooking Recipe

For the cupcake "Capital's" recipe, you need to remove all products from the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature. Pour salt, sugar and vanilla sugar into softened butter, grind everything well until fluffy. Whisking constantly, beat in one egg at a time, beating thoroughly each time.

Rinse the raisins, dry and pour into the oil mass, mix. Mix flour with baking powder, sift, and, gradually adding it to the mass, mix until smooth.
