In addition to everything, the grape leaves should not be thrown away after eating cucumbers, they can be used to make wonderful dolma. If the grape leaves are small, they can be used two or three per cucumber. If you don't have pure grape juice, you can safely use apple or grape-apple juice for this recipe.
