Cold soup with sour milk (Chalop) – Uzbek cuisine recipe, soup is similar to okroshka, only without meat, potatoes and eggs.

Recipe Ingredients

Cucumbers 2 pcs
Radish 500 g
Dill 1 bunch
Green Onions 1 bunch
Parsley 1 bunch
Sour Milk 1 l
Water 1 l

Cooking Recipe

For chalop according to the recipe of Uzbek cuisine, wash cucumbers, peel and seeds and finely chop. Wash the radishes and chop finely.

Mix chopped cucumbers, radishes, finely chopped greens and green onions. Pour sour milk or curdled milk with water and mix with vegetables, salt, pepper and let it brew for 20-30 minutes, and then serve.

You can also put a few ice cubes in chalop when serving.
