Tomatoes are obtained almost like casks, very tasty and retain their appearance. Cover such tomatoes with ordinary capron lids.

Recipe Ingredients

Tomatoes 1,5-2 kg
Dill 1 twig
Black Pepper 3-4 pcs
For Brine
Water 1 l
Salt 80 g

Cooking Recipe

To cook a cold salted tomatoes recipe, select the dense ripe tomatoes and wash well. In a well-washed jar, you don't even need to sterilize, put seasonings, and then tightly put the tomatoes. Prepare brine from water and salt.

Pour the tomatoes with the prepared brine, so that the brine does not reach the lid by 1-1.5 cm, and cover with a capron lid. If you add more water, the lid may rip off during fermentation. Ready salted tomatoes placed in the cellar or refrigerated for further storage.
