Cold borscht with kefir – a Belarusian cuisine recipe, with the appearance of the first vegetables, you can cook a light borscht on kefir. Kefir must first be mixed with water to make the borsch more liquid. You can add any greens to kefir borsch – dill, parsley or cilantro. You can use assorted greens, it’s even tastier. To make the kefir borscht more saturated, put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
Cooking Recipe
Add prepared vegetables and herbs to kefir and mix everything. When serving on a plate with kefir borscht put a slice of boiled egg and a spoonful of sour cream.
