Cold borscht with kefir – a Belarusian cuisine recipe, with the appearance of the first vegetables, you can cook a light borscht on kefir. To cook a Belarusian cuisine recipe borscht with kefir, mix boiled water with kefir, salt and pepper.

Cut the boiled beets into strips, wash the fresh cucumbers and cut into slices, finely chop the greens. Boil the eggs.

Add prepared vegetables and herbs to kefir and mix everything. When serving on a plate with kefir borscht put a slice of boiled egg and a spoonful of sour cream.
