To cook a chanfayna recipe, chicken fillets must be washed and boiled with wine, salt and pepper. Cut the boiled fillet into strips.
Stir and pour in 100 ml of chicken broth after 5 minutes. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. When chanfayna is ready to pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
