Chicken chanfayna – a traditional Spanish food recipe made from chicken fillet with the addition of dry white wine. Chicken liver chanfayna is also prepared. Chanfayna is served with vegetables.

To cook a chanfayna recipe, chicken fillets must be washed and boiled with wine, salt and pepper. Cut the boiled fillet into strips.
