To prepare Azerbaijani cuisine recipe quince pie, grind flour with butter, half a glass of sugar, a pinch of salt and a baking powder. It should be crumbly crumb.

Cover with crumbs of the remaining dough. Place the cake in an oven preheated to 180°C (355°F) and bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve quince pie immediately after preparation, while it is warm, curd quince pie can be sprinkled on top of sugar powdery.
