- Potatoes 200 g
- Yogurt 100 ml

For the Cream Carrot Soup recipe, wash peeled potatoes and carrots, then cut into cubes. Put the bay leaf, carrots and potatoes into the heated broth. Cook the soup for 20 - 25 minutes under the lid.
After cooking, puree the soup with a blender, removing the bay leaf before that. Add yogurt, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to the puree. Pour puree soup into bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped onions.
