Worcestershire sauce

Worcestershire sauce is a sweet and sour, slightly spicy, fermented English sauce made from vinegar, sugar and fish. To make such a sauce at home is not realistic and not even because of the ingredients, but because of their quantity per volume of the sauce. Basically, the sauce is very popular in England, it is added to many dishes and drinks.
