Tortilla (Spanish: tortilla - “small cake”, diminutive of torta) is a thin cake made from corn or wheat flour, and a variant is also possible from part of corn and part of wheat flour. In Mexico, tortillas are one of the national dishes. Tortilla is both bread and a spoon, you can wrap vegetables, beans, meat in it. You can even make sweet fillings.
