Tonkatsu Sauce

Tonkatsu Sauce is a thick Japanese sauce that is served with Tonkatsu cutlet. Such a sauce can be prepared at home, it is not complicated and from quite affordable products. The sauce consists of tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, rice wine, ginger, rice vinegar, garlic and powdered sugar.
