Soy noodles are not made from soy itself, but from soy starch. There is practically no need to cook it, sometimes it is simply poured with boiling water, covered with a lid and after a few minutes the noodles are ready. Soy noodles are sold in the form of small cocoons. Such noodles go well with meat, vegetables, and sometimes sweets are made from it.
