Rooste – recipe ingredient

Rooster – male chicken; in a general sense, males of all birds of the chicken family. Outwardly, it usually differs from chicken with a large comb and earrings, also with a magnificent and often multi-colored tail. The meat of a rooster is denser than that of a chicken, it needs a longer time for cooking, but it's worth it. In taste, rooster meat is also different from chicken meat, it is more saturated and much tastier. In many countries of the world, rooster meat is valued more, probably everyone knows such a famous French dish as “Rooster in Wine”. Based on rooster broth, interesting sauces with a bright rich taste are obtained.
