Rice noodles – recipe ingredient

Rice noodles are common noodles in various eastern countries. Prepare it from rice flour and water. Rice noodles are either extruded from a flour solution, or a sheet of dough is evaporated from it, which is cut into strips. No salt is added to the dough. Extrusion is when the dough is placed under a press with holes so that the dough, passing through them, gets the shape of threads. Rice noodles are cooked in a double boiler or boiled in water, but before boiling for a few minutes, the noodles are placed in warm water. Noodles are added to soups; it can be a main course or as a side dish to the main dish.
