Ramen noodles

Ramen noodles – recipe ingredient

Ramen noodles are wheat noodles that are served with chunks of meat and vegetables in a hot broth. It is reliably known that ramen was borrowed from Chinese cuisine and for the first time bula-soba ("Chinese noodles") appeared in the city of Mito (Ibaraki prefecture on the island of Honshu) around 1665 - soup with it was sold in street stalls. Every person has eaten "Doshirak" at least once - the noodles in it are ramen.
