Dried fruits – recipe ingredient

Dried fruits – dried fruits or berries, with a residual moisture content of about 20%. Dry either naturally (for example, in the sun) or using industrial methods (for example, using a dehydrator or vegetable dryer). Compote, uzvar, fillings for pies are prepared from dried fruits. They can also be added when cooking pilaf and other meat dishes.
