Duck with apples – this duck can be prepared for any occasion, its cooking does not require too much attention, and in the end it can turn out to be the most important and delicious dish on the festive table. If you didn’t manage to pickle the duck in mustard in the evening – this is not a problem, of course the taste will be a little different, but you can still fix it. Rub the duck with mustard, place in a plastic bag and leave at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
