Wickets are cooked from rye flour, but you can replace it with wheat or mix one to one rye and wheat.

Next, put the mushrooms and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated. After pouring vegetable oil, finely chopped onions, mix and fry until golden brown. Add sour cream to the fried mushrooms, salt, pepper and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Put prepared carols on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour and put in an oven preheated to 180-200°C (356-390°F). Bake carols for 30 minutes, then grease with melted butter and continue to bake for another 3-5 minutes. So that the carols do not stale for a long time, it is best to store them in a plastic bag.
